Highly recommend Rolando and Michelle for any and all RV, Camper, and Trailer repairs! They were extremely responsive, fast, and thorough for our 1999 Lance 1010 truck camper. They did an awesome job meeting us in a convenient location for very fast repairs. Rolando is super knowledgeable about RVs, campers, and coaches. We needed to get our non-functioning hot water heater diagnosed and had a broken escape hatch. Rolando fixed the escape hatch on the spot and worked with us on getting the hot water heater replaced soon after. Amazing value! Rolando NEEDS to be your go to RV tech!

Just returned from trip to Scottsdale and could not lower leveler jacks or open front slide outs. Rolando came out after hours and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes.... a blown 40 amp fuse. Very pleased with the rapid response.

What a pleasure to find an RV repair shop that is both competent and professional! I was so impressed with the entire staff! My Airstream Interstate had a stuck black tank valve so I was unable to empty it after our last outing. Roland diagnosed the problem in no time,  and resolved the issue quickly.

don't even THINK about another rv repair shop! True Blue hadn't even had their grand opening day and yet they got me in! Thank you Rolondo! If he hadn't I'd be without my solar and no heat at night or fridge....A++++ service! Definitely a return customer if I'm ever in the area again and need work.

I phoned up True Blue RV and spoke to Michelle who answered the phone. She was incredibly friendly and polite and most important was concerned with my problem. I had a faulty AC inverter but unfortunately they were totally booked until the following week and I only had two days in town. She gave me the cell number of Rolando who was a partner and lead tech at their shop and told me to call him. When I spoke to Rolando he was just as friendly and professional as Michelle. He told me if I came in right away he would spend some time on my vehicle to diagnose the problem. he figured out my inverter was not working and because he only spent a few minutes and felt bad he didn't have the part in stock ( nobody does) he wouldn't take any money for his work. If I had the time I would have left my RV with this company. Upon looking at his shop I realized this place was professional in every way. If I ever breakdown I hope I am near True Blue RV as I have never had such polite, knowledgeable, or professional service in my 55 years of driving. Well done True Blue RV - you are destined for success.

Michelle and Rolando were fabulous! They squeezed us in to check out our hot water heater gas & electric and had the issue figured out so quickly! Then Rolando helped us to fix the screen on our screen door with a snap of a finger too! We look forward to working with this fabulous company again just as soon as we get back to the desert!
